Shipping Policy

We take every precaution to package our products so that they arrive at your door in perfect condition.  All of our cards are in NM condition or better unless otherwise noted.  All orders over $50 are sent with appropriate insurance. See the following Return/Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We consider returns or exchanges. Requests must be made within three days of receipt of order. Cards must be in the original condition in which they were shipped. We document all product shipments photographically with time stamps.

In case of carrier damage:  All responsibility and title is passed on to you, the customer, once your order is handed to the carrier. We recommend that you inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and note ANY damages to your shipment, including damage to the shipping box. If there is ANY damage to your shipment, you must note this upon delivery when you sign for your package(s).

If you do discover damage or a defect after delivery, contact us immediately at 844-912-3825. We will work to resolve the issue and, in our sole discretion, we may:

  • Authorize a return

  • Issue a replacement
